The PHS Tsunami Bowl team heads to Juneau this weekend to scrimmage against the powerhouse Juneau-Douglas and Thunder Mountain teams. In keeping with a holiday sports tradition, last weekend the Vikings traveled to Ketchikan to participate in the Clarke Cochran Christmas Classic tournament. Games started on Tuesday the 27th of December when the Vikings played the team from Eatonville, Wash., a school of around 500 kids. The Lady Vikings lost three to some tough teams at the Clarke Cochran Christmas Classic in Ketchikan last weekend. The first matchup was against Cascade High School from Ore., a loss of 31 to 68. “I thought we came out ready to play. We hustled. They’re just a very good team,” said Lady Vikings Head Coach Dino Brock. “They’re big.
