Michael was born on the 4th of July 1948 in Longview, Washington to George and Joyce Seibert.     The Petersburg Medical Center has reported two positive cases of COVID-19 among Long Term Care residents over the past week. The first case was reported on July 8 and an additional case was identified on Tuesday after a second round of testing.
